POLICIES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS:

3-Day Estate Sale (Friday – Sunday)
HOURS: Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Sunday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

SIGN UP LIST:  Only needed 9:00 AM Friday! Sign-Up list will be located near the front door the morning of the sale. If you use the Sign-Up list, you must be at the sale 15 minutes before the sale begins to have your name called for your place in line. We open at 9:00 AM.

PRICES:  Everything is priced for immediate sale. Prices are FIRM Friday; Selected items may be discounted Saturday, We will offer most if not all merchandise at 1/2 price on Sunday. There have been and will be no early sales!

PAYMENT:  MC, VISA, American Express, Discover, Debit. We may reserve the right to collect 3% convenience fee for debit and credit card transactions.

PRICE TAGS:  Most large items have a printed price tag with the description of the item. Remove the tag only if you wish to buy it. When ready to “cash out”, give it to the cashier. Feel free to pick up small items as you are shopping.

REMOVAL:  Only after payment is made. Removal by 4:00 PM Sunday, unless arrangements are made. Delivery may be available for select items. If you are moving large or heavy items, PLEASE bring extra help!

BIDS:  Everything is priced for sale. This is NOT an auction. You may also enter a bid, which must be at least 51% of the original tagged price, keep in mind that that in some cases there may be no 50% discount given on an item if the owner of the estate chooses to accept a minimum price for an item, so please bid accordingly. To bid, use odd numbers ($196.73) to avoid ties and consider that there will likely be others also bidding. Items not sold by 4PM Saturday at closing may be won by left bid. We notify only winning bidders Saturday night. Upon confirmation, those items are marked SOLD and will be ready for pick-up from 9AM to 4PM Sunday, unless prior arrangements are made with our staff. Payment must be made over the phone, or in person at the start business on Sunday, If no confirmation is received, the item remains available for sale on Sunday. When placing a bid, you are obligated to purchase said item(s) at your bid price. Built To Last reserves the right to accept or refuse bids on behalf of the estate.

SALE NOTIFICATIONS:  You may sign-up at either cashier’s station or sign-up at our website www.btlestates.com, or follow us on facebook at: http://www.facebook.com/btlestates to receive notices when we will be conducting a sale. We will not email you about anything other than information related to our sales.

MISC.:   Please respect all “Private”/”Empty/” signs inside and outside of the home and all boundary tape outside of the home marking off limit areas. Please respect neighbor’s driveways and lawns outside. We appreciate your business, suggestions and comments. All sales are final – no refunds – no returns.
